Friendly, clear terms to keep your keto journey smooth. By subscribing you agree to the policy below.

Quick summary:

3 freshly cooked meals delivered every morning (6–10 AM), Monday–Saturday. Full advance payment required. Non-refundable. Nutritionist support included.

1. Delivery Areas & Timing

  • We deliver across Karachi, except: Bahria Town, SITE, Orangi Town, Hub Chowki, Lyari, Shershah, Machar Colony.
  • Delivery to these excluded areas can be arranged with an additional fee of Rs. 13,000 per plan.
  • Daily delivery window: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM. All meals for the day are delivered together during this time.
  • If the rider arrives and you did not inform us one day in advance, the missed meal will be counted as delivered.
  • If delivery fails due to weather or our operational error, KetoKarachi will compensate appropriately.

2. Meal Plan Schedule

  • Each subscription includes 3 freshly cooked meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
  • Meals are delivered Monday–Saturday. Sunday is our kitchen rest & maintenance day to ensure food quality.
  • Sundays are adjusted at the end so you always receive 30 meal days per subscription (e.g., in months with 4 Sundays the plan runs for 34 days but you receive 30 meal days = 90 meals).
  • Plans may be paused for up to 20 days maximum during the subscription period.

3. Nutrition & Personalisation

  • Weight loss varies by body type, metabolism, and daily activity. Results are individual and cannot be guaranteed.
  • If your plan is not working as expected, please inform us in the official WhatsApp group — our Nutritionist will review and adjust your plan.
  • For specific diets or health-focused meal plans (medical needs, allergies, recovery), the Nutritionist will customize meals to suit you.
  • Please disclose any allergies or health conditions before starting the plan.

4. Food Taste & Customisation

  • Meals are prepared with a balanced, standard spice level to suit most palates.
  • We welcome feedback — taste-related suggestions will be reviewed and improvements made where possible.
  • Custom requests or add-ons are available and will be charged as applicable.

5. Payments & Transfers

  • All plans require full advance payment before service begins.
  • Payments are non-refundable. This helps us maintain food quality, logistics, and kitchen planning.
  • If needed, your plan may be transferred to a blood relative within our delivery areas (subject to verification).

6. Communication & Group Support

  • Within 24 hours of subscribing, you will be added to the official WhatsApp group and introduced to your Nutritionist and Delivery Manager.
  • Please use the group and the official channels below for all communications and complaints.
  • Direct calls to kitchen staff or delivery riders are discouraged. Please avoid changing your registered contact number without prior notice.
  • Unauthorized direct contact or unnotified number changes may lead to plan cancellation without refund.
